We will be back for presentations October through December 2022 using a hybrid (in-person and online) format.
People and Nature is a weekly lunch seminar where Oregon State University students (undergraduate, graduate, and post-doc) present their research. The goal is to unite individuals who share common interests but are housed in departments across campus; provide a forum to share innovative research, methods, and approaches; and create a venue to practice public speaking. While students are the presenters in this series, all members of the OSU community (faculty, staff, students, etc.) and beyond are welcome to attend the talks. This series is co-hosted by students from the School of Public Policy, Department of Forest Ecosystems and Society, and Department of Fisheries, Wildlife, and Conservation Sciences.
